Hi, I'm Sarah,

Movement has been a part of my life for over twenty years, but my approach to teaching changed completely after becoming a mother.

Like many women, I found myself searching for safe, evidence-informed guidance after pregnancy and quickly realized there was an overwhelming amount of conflicting advice. That experience inspired me to dive deeper into anatomy, functional movement, core rehabilitation, and women's health, leading me to create an approach that combines yoga, movement education, breathwork, and modern rehabilitation principles.

Whether you're recovering after birth, preparing for pregnancy, managing everyday aches and pains, or simply looking to move with more confidence, my goal is always the same—to help you reconnect with your body, understand how it moves, and build strength that supports real life.

My teaching is rooted in connection, curiosity, and compassion. I believe movement shouldn't be about pushing harder—it should be about moving smarter, building awareness, and creating lasting confidence from the inside out.

I don't believe movement should be about punishment, chasing perfection, or ignoring pain.

I believe movement is a life long relationship with your body.

My coaching is rooted in curiosity, education, compassion, and evidence based practice.
